What Was Your Part?

Canadian casualties and wastage now total 43,700 men. Casualties include men who are killed in action, die of wounds and sickness, are wounded, or are missing but not known to be prisoners-of-war. Wastage refers to men who are killed in their own trenches by enemy snipers and artillery fire.
