From a Streetsville Soldier

A letter from Sgt. Floyd Gordon, writing of his experiences in England to Miss Hattie Graydon of Streetsville. The reader discovers he is camped at Bramshott near the town of Seaford, and this letter recounts his visit to London during his 6 days shore leave. Floyd speaks excitedly of attending the opera theatre, visiting the shopping district, along with sightseeing prominent sights including Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Tower & Bridge, and Buckingham Palace.
