Canadians Charge Enemy

Canadian troops hold the Ypres Salient from April 22 to 25, defying bombardment, chlorine gas and infantry attack, but after four days of intense fighting their ranks are shattered. There are more than 6,000 casualties, including over 2,000 dead.
