Streetsville Girl in Greece

Susie Beaty of Streetsville, daughter of John Irving Beaty, conveys a riveting account of her experiences as a nurse with the Canadian Army Medical Corps in Greece. Her letter is used by The Streetville Review to issue a dire call for supplies – including bandages, wash cloths, towels, pyjamas, etc. – which are urgently required to adequately nurse the wounds of injured soldiers overseas.
