Boys and Girls

“What are the boys and girls doing now? What is their education and training worth?” Dire times call for dire measures, as this impassioned letter calls for young boys and girls of Peel County to do their part. Youth can participate in homemaking duties by producing fresh vegetables in their gardens for winter supply, as their mothers have been called to work outside the domestic sphere.  Youth are also encouraged to mail waste material – old paper, rags, metals, bottles, and rubber – to the Canadian Red Cross.
